The Microsoft Core Systems Analyst role is to resolve remote users IT problems by means of a Remote fix. The Microsoft Core Systems Analyst (MCSA) responds to both internal and external clients needing technical support, validating customer entitlements and give high level technical support through information gathering, analytical trouble shooting and problem research.
A suitable candidate must demonstrate a good working knowledge of one or more current Microsoft Operating systems, (Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT Professional, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows Server Edition), or any future releases. S*he has a good working knowledge of personal computer architecture also.
The successful candidate must hold at least one MCP and be ideally studying towards MCSE qualification.
Required:
NT Standard; NT Advanced; Windows Pro; Systems Management Server; Other Server; Application Center.
Minimum of 3-4 years experience in IT, remote support experience is preferable.
Fluency in English mandatory (read, written, spoken)
Fluency in French is a requirement.
Windows OS and Servers; Windows Suite and trouble shooting experience required.
This is a 2 year fixed term contract.
